Individual Incentive Award 2009-2010

Announcing this year's Individual Incentive Award.  This is an Award that every Job's Daughter has a chance at getting and that every adult can purchase by the set.  By doing those things that help a Bethel grow, you can receive this fantastic award.  The best thing about it is that it is actually 7 awards in one.  That's right, SEVEN!  To download an Information and Order Form, Click Here.

Adults may purchase the entire set for just $25.00.

Daughters will earn each piece of the award by doing things that promote their Bethel:

Each point earns a different charm, six charms plus the suitcase pin can be earned. There is no cost to the Daughter earning the award or her Bethel!

1 point is awarded for each of the following:

  • Signing a petition for a new member

  • Signing an application for a new Jobie to Bee

  • Planning and holding a prospect party

  • Attending all meetings of the term

  • Working at a Fund Raiser, where Job’s Daughters is promoted

  • Participating in a charity or service event with the Bethel

  • Bringing two or more friends to a prospect activity during the term

Those who earned the awards last year can add to their suitcase with the new charms or request a new suitcase pin to start over.

Point number one (which ever it is) earns the suitcase, the second earns the heart, third the flower, fourth the emu, fifth the eagle, sixth the angel, and finally the bee. Thus a Daughter who earns four points gets the first three charms and the suitcase, or the first four charms if she does not need the suitcase, no matter which items she completes. We encourage every Bethel to put someone in charge of keeping track for the Bethel and turning in the request in a timely manner. We hope every Job’s Daughter earns the award and every interested parent/adult purchases a set as well! The Deadline for submission is July 1, 2010.
